Shopkeeper Raja says that earlier he used to do this work in Siliguri. For the last 5 years, I have been setting up a stall near Khudiram Bosrailway Dhala in Pusa block area of Samastipur district and selling momos. Regarding the price, he said that full plate chicken momos are given at the rate of Rs 80 per plate. Veg momos are available at Rs 60 per plate. He said that there are 12 pieces of momos in one plate.

Shopkeeper Raja told that he uses domestic spices to make momos. In this, black pepper, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, meat masala, salt and red or green chilli are used. Only this gives good taste.
